Neil McIntyre

Neil McIntyre is a professional wildlife photographer based in the Cairngorms National Park, from where he runs his photo tours and image library. 

Books have been a life long passion and two bookcases now full of nature photography books and similar genres connected to wildlife and the natural world are prized possessions. In 2017 his lifetimes ambition was realised when is first book was published The Red Squirrel - A Future in the Forest. Now his most recent book Chasing the Deer has been recently published. An accumulation of many years work brings the reader the story and plight of Scotland's red deer in words and intimate images of arguable Scotland's most iconic mammal. In the book Neil invites you to know and respect the deer as he does.
