The programme for the BOOKMARK 2017 was launched in Blairgowrie Town Hall at which award winning Chef/Patron Graeme Pallister of 63 Tay Street in Perth spoke and entertained 56 members and guests with some ‘cooking’ hints. Details of the planned programme for the Autumn were shared and attendees had the opportunity to purchase tickets as well as sampling and buying specialist foods from 6 local suppliers at our 'market stalls'.
